Welcome to Dragonfly Artisan Studio, the online art shop of artist Molly Cushing. These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from Dragonfly Artisan Studio.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or place an order.

1. About Dragonfly Artisan Studio

Dragonfly Artisan Studio is an independent art studio operated by artist Molly Cushing.

Products offered through the shop may include:

• Original watercolor artwork

• Art prints and reproductions

• Stickers

• Stationery

• Small-batch artist merchandise

• Custom artwork

• Other products featuring original artwork created by Molly Cushing

Because many products feature original artwork created by the artist, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur between the artwork shown on the website and the physical product received. Screen settings and lighting can also affect how colors appear online.

2. Original Artwork

Original artwork is created by Molly Cushing and is one-of-a-kind unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing an original artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork to the purchaser. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, or other intellectual property rights.

All copyright and reproduction rights remain with Molly Cushing unless expressly transferred through a separate written agreement.

3. Prints and Artist Products

Prints, stickers, stationery, and other merchandise may feature reproductions of original artwork created by Molly Cushing.

The purchase of these products provides the customer with ownership of the physical product only. It does not grant permission to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, resell, license, or commercially use the artwork.

4. Product Availability

Original artwork is one-of-a-kind and may become unavailable once purchased.

All products are subject to availability. Dragonfly Artisan Studio reserves the right to change, discontinue, or limit products at any time.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the order may be cancelled and any amount paid for the unavailable product will be refunded.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for.

Dragonfly Artisan Studio reserves the right to correct pricing, product description, inventory, or other listing errors.

6. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Dragonfly Artisan Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, inventory errors, pricing errors, or incorrect customer information.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount paid will be refunded.

7. Shipping

Orders will be processed and shipped according to the shipping information provided on the website.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Dragonfly Artisan Studio is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

8. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom artwork and custom-made products are final sale except when the item arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error made by Dragonfly Artisan Studio.

Returned products must be unused and in their original condition.

9. Custom Artwork

Custom artwork requires dedicated time, materials, and creative labor.

Custom artwork is final sale and is not eligible for return simply because the customer changes their mind, no longer wants the artwork, or is dissatisfied with an aspect that was previously approved.

Additional terms, deposits, revision limits, timelines, and approvals may apply to individual commissions.

10. Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, photographs, designs, graphics, written content, logos, product images, and other creative materials appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Molly Cushing unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit any artwork or website content without prior written permission.

Purchasing an original painting, print, sticker, stationery item, or other product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

11. Website Use

You agree not to use this website to:

• Violate applicable laws

• Engage in fraudulent activity

• Attempt unauthorized access to the website or its systems

• Interfere with website security or operation

• Copy or reproduce artwork without permission

• Scrape or collect website content without authorization
